Napier is a small village or 'dorp' (in Afrikaans) in the Overberg. The 'leivoor" (irrigation canal) runs through the village in Jubileum and Sarel Cilliers Streets and serving those with water rights. The Napier Leivoor Users' Association was established in June 2011 to manage the leivoor in partnership with the local municipality.
